Longtime record-holder for the World's Hottest Pepper - be extra careful with this one! Sweet and fruity flavor gives way to unrelenting heat you have to experience to believe.




Chocolate Primotalii

This scorcher is considered by many to be the hottest pepper out there, although it has not yet been made official. This chocolate variant comes from the original red cross between a 7 Pot Primo and a Fatalii by Chris Saunders in the UK in 2012.




Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, Red

This sweet and fruity superhot was formerly awarded the title of the world's hottest. It packs an immediate, intense, and scorching heat. Very popular pod for a good reason.




7 Pot Brain Strain, Yellow

These beautiful, brainy, bright yellow pods from Trinidad have a great heat and a wonderful fruity flavor! One of our favorites year after year.




T-Rex Mustard

One of the sweetest and best tasting mustard-colored pods out there, the super-gnarly T-Rex delivers intense front mouth burn with very mild floral flavor. Mustard variant of a cross between a 7 Pot Douglah and a Bhutlah.




Ghost (Bhut Jolokia), Red

This well-known variety comes from the Kingdom of Bhutan. Enjoy the floral heat of these large pods carfeully - as recently as 2007 this was ranked the world's hottest before being surpassed by hybrid varities we know today.




Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion (JPGS)

This popular peach-colored pepper is a cross between a Bhut Jolokia and Trinidad Scorpion created by Jay Weaver from Berks County, PA. One of the best-tasting super hots out there with its sweet flavor and intense heat.




Leviathan Gnarly Scorpion

Brainy, large, gnarly, brick-red pods with a stinging Scorpion heat and nice flavor. A very exciting hybrid and personal favorite of ours.




Big Yellow Mama

Cross of a Naga Morich and 7 Pot Douglah. Jumbo-sized pods with a fantastic chinense flavor. Extremely hot for a yellow pod.




Hallows Eve

Starting out black, these pods mature into a streaky blend of yellow, red, and purple that looks like burning lava. These visually stunning peppers have a slow-building, yet intense and long-lasting heat. Cross between a Bhut Jolokia and Pimenta De Neyde.




White Knight

This cross between a JPGS and a white Bhut Jolokia is a beautiful, contorted, alabaster pepper with a sweet, clean flavor and significant heat for a white pod.

Scotch Brains

Cross of the classic Scotch Bonnet with a Brain Strain. Great bonnet shape and flavor with a gnarly, brainy texture and a bright lemon color. Runs a little hotter than a traditional Scotch Bonnet.




Fatalii

A favorite of many, these long yellow pods have a very good fruity/citrusy taste and nice level of heat. A standard in our garden every year.




Bahamian Goat

Large pods with a wonderful sweet chinense flavor and a building, habanero-like heat. This orange/peach colored pepper is very popular among pepperheads.




Roger's Giant Orange Habanero

Jumbo-sized, thick-walled Habanero with a great flavor. Created over 20 years of selection by Roger Torsythe. Makes an amazing Habanero hot sauce.




Naga Smooky Rainbow

Great flavor with a sharp, but quickly-fading heat. They start out black and ripen to a red with purple/black streaks and when cut open reveal dark purple capsaicin glands. Created by Drax Diego by crossing a Black Naga and a Pink Tiger.




Brazilian Starfish, Red

These uniquely shaped pods have a sweet, fruity flavor. With their mild heat, they can be enjoyed raw for their flavor and crisp, crunchy texture!




Aji Jobito

A no-heat chinense with a great flavor. This little round pepper comes from Venezuela and is perfect for those who love the chinense flavor and would like to be able to eat more without the pain!
