Holtzapple Hot Peppers is the project of husband and wife gardeners, Adam and Casey Holtzapple. We have been organically growing produce (more than just hot peppers!) in our suburban garden in York, Pennsylvania since 2017. We have a particular obsession with growing hot peppers and we enjoy sharing them with people who love the flavor and the heat. All of our peppers are grown from seed in raised garden beds with organic fertilizers and only natural forms of pest and disease control.

Our goal is to bring premium quality, organically grown hot peppers to our customers at a reasonable cost and have a great time doing it. The profits from selling our peppers goes back into our gardens and will enable us to continue expanding as the years progress, allowing us to offer more and more varieties.
